OUR HISTORY
In February 2005 Roderick Chapman, Jerome Godwin, and Wilbert Montgomery came together to brainstorm an idea of creating a community organization dedicated to improving life within the community. Deciding upon the name Christian Men in Action Development Corporation documentation was submitted to the state of Florida for recognition as an official business With the recruitment of Willie Montgomery, Pete Cole, Tim Murry, John Gibson, Michael Floyd, and Cornelius Faulk the group grew to eight members prior to the state of Florida official recognizing the organization on July 27, 2005. The sponsoring of a Community Health Fair and Awareness Day on August 7, 2005 was Christian Men in Action first official event. On September 9, 2008, Christian Men in Action received an official 501(c)(3) status.

MISSION STATEMENT
Christian Men in Action is dedicated to improving family quality of life. Making communities better and safer through active involvement in educational and social issues.
